Offer & placement
You extend the offer and the engineer can be working inside your team within days. We issue a Placement Confirmation with the agreed salary and the one-time placement fee.
90-day guarantee period
The guarantee period starts on the engineer's first day. If the hire does not work out in the first 90 days, you get a free replacement or a tiered refund.
