Main Responsabilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Source, screen and interview candidates using various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks) to identify qualified AI and blockchain professionals.
- Assess candidates' skills, experience and cultural fit to determine their suitability for specific positions.
- Manage the hiring process from start to finish, including tracking each candidate through every instance.
- Build and maintain a strong talent network in the AI and blockchain sectors to proactively identify potential candidates.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI and blockchain technologies to effectively assess candidate capabilities.
- Collaborate with HR and recruiting teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for successful candidates.
To Apply You Need
- Demonstrated experience of at least 3 years as an IT recruiter, preferably focused on AI and blockchain.
- Candidate must be able to hold fluent conversations and interviews in English and Spanish.
- Strong understanding of AI and blockchain technologies, trends and labor market dynamics.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms.
- Excellent sourcing and networking skills to identify and engage with top talent.
- Ability to learn the suitability of candidates for AI and blockchain positions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting hiring goals and delivering high quality hires.
