Main Responsabilities
- Plan, execute, and close projects within established deadlines and allocated budget.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth and efficient communication.
- Apply solid mathematical knowledge to address analytical challenges in project development.
- Utilize programming skills to understand and support the team's technical needs.
- Manage resources, allocate tasks, and ensure the quality of delivered work.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
To Apply You Need
- Previous experience in project management within the web3 sphere.
- Preferably experience with DeFi projects.
- Strong mathematical skills to tackle complex analytical problems.
- Background in engineering.
- Practical programming knowledge, such as Python. Preferably with experience as a developer.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to make effective decisions.
- Basic understanding of blockchain and DeFi projects.
